Introduction

Aluminum powder ball mills are primarily suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with a Mohs hardness  of 9.3 or less and a humidity of 6% or less, particularly for metallic pigments, powder coatings, inks, plastic masterbatches, printing, imitation gold  paper, imitation gold cards, gold films, and textiles. However, they may oxidize and turn black when used with water-based paints and paints containing acids and alkalis.They are not recommended for applications  requiring acid and alkali resistance or exposure to rain.

Operating Principle of Aluminum Powder Ball Mill

The aluminum powder ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with a cross drive on the central axis. Aluminum foil enters the mill evenly  from the feed hole. The mill is equipped with wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant bearing steel balls. Steel balls of different  specifications are loaded inside the mill, and then a special chemical formula is added. The centrifugal force generated  by   the rotation of the cylinde    the steel balls to a high height and then falls, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material.
