The vertical ring pulsating high-gradient magnetic separator utilizes a rotating ring to vertically rotate and recoil the concentrate, and is equipped with a pulsating mechanism. This fundamentally solves the global technical challenge of magnetic medium clogging in flat-ring high-intensity magnetic separators and flat-ring high-gradient magnetic separators. It offers advantages such as a high enrichment ratio, strong adaptability to fluctuations in feed size, concentration, and grade, reliable operation, and easy operation and maintenance. This separator achieves both high concentrate grade and high recovery rates for separating weakly magnetic ores.
Applications
Weakly magnetic mineral separation: hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, and tantalite-niobium ore;
Iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals: quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, and kaolin.
