Product Description: This flotation machine uses a V-belt drive driven by an electric motor to rotate the impeller, generating a centrifugal force that creates negative pressure. This draws in sufficient air to mix with the slurry while also agitating the slurry and mixing it with the reagents. This simultaneously refines the foam, allowing the minerals to adhere to the foam and float to the surface of the slurry, forming a mineralized foam. The liquid level is controlled by adjusting the gate height.
I. Product Introduction
The SF flotation machine is suitable for roughing, concentrating, and reverse flotation of nonferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, and non-metallic minerals such as lead, copper, zinc, molybdenum, and gold. This equipment features high air intake capacity and low power consumption. Each cell performs triple functions: air intake, slurry suction, and flotation, forming a self-contained flotation circuit. It requires no auxiliary equipment and is horizontally configured, facilitating process changes.
Each cell performs triple functions: air intake, slurry suction, and flotation, forming a self-contained flotation circuit. It requires no auxiliary equipment and is horizontally configured, facilitating process changes. Optimized slurry circulation minimizes coarse sand settling. An automatic slurry level control device facilitates adjustment. The impeller features backward-inclined upper and lower blades. The upper blades create upward slurry circulation, while the lower blades create downward slurry circulation.

Working Principle
After thorough mixing, the coal slurry and reagent are fed to the bottom of the first chamber of the flotation machine. The impeller rotates, creating negative pressure in the impeller cavity. This forces the slurry below and within the trough into the mixing zone through the impeller's lower and upper suction ports, respectively. Air also flows through the air guide sleeve into the mixing zone, where the slurry, air, and reagent mix. The centrifugal force of the impeller forces the mixed slurry into the mineralization zone, where the air bubbles form and break up, coming into contact with the coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. The stator and turbulence plates evenly distribute the bubbles across the trough and move them upward into the separation zone, where they accumulate and form a froth layer. This layer is then removed by the froth scraper mechanism, resulting in clean coal froth. Unmineralized coal particles on the trough bottom are further mixed, mineralized, and separated through the circulation holes and upper suction port. The part of the slurry that is not sucked into the impeller at the bottom of the trough enters the bottom of the trough of the second chamber through the intermediate ore box buried in the slurry. After completing the entire process in the first chamber, it enters the third chamber. The flotation machine repeats this cycle. After passing through the last chamber, the slurry enters the tailings box to discharge the final tailings.
