The GF flotation cell can also be combined with a JJF flotation cell. The GF flotation cell serves as the suction trough for the roughing, sweeping, and cleaning sections, while the JJF serves as the direct flow trough. Mounted horizontally, a foam pump is not required for the return of the middlings.

II. Scope of Application
This is a self-priming, self-priming mechanical agitator flotation cell suitable for medium- and small-scale enterprises separating non-ferrous, ferrous, precious metals, and non-metallic minerals. The particle size range for this machine is <0.074 mm, accounting for 45% to 90%, and the slurry concentration is <45%.
3. Product Features
(1) Self-priming air - the self-priming air volume can exceed 1.2m/m.min;
(2) Self-priming slurry - it can self-prime ore and foam ore from outside the machine, and the flotation operation can be configured horizontally;
(3) Good slurry circulation and stable liquid level - the slurry in the tank does not rotate or flip;
(4) High sorting efficiency - improves the recovery rate of coarse and fine particles;
(5) Low power - saves 15-20% of energy compared to similar flotation machines of the same specifications, while being able to absorb sufficient air and slurry.
(6) Long life of wearing parts - especially the life of the impeller and stator is more than doubled that of similar flotation machines.
