Product Description: The XJK (also known as the A or XJ) flotation machine, also known as a mining mechanical agitator flotation machine, is an air-priming, self-aspirating mechanical agitator flotation machine with a radial impeller. It is still widely used in China and has already developed a series of products.
I. Product Introduction
The XJK (also known as the A or XJ) flotation cell, also known as a mechanical agitation flotation cell for mining, is an air-priming, mechanical agitation flotation cell with radial impellers. It is still widely used in China and has long been developed into a series of products.
II. Structural Features
The XJK flotation cell consists of two cells. The first cell has a slurry inlet pipe to draw slurry, also known as the suction cell. The second cell is a gravity or direct flow cell. An intermediate chamber is located between the first and second cells, where the slurry flows sideways. The impeller is mounted at the lower end of the main shaft. A pulley is located at the upper end of the main shaft and is driven by a motor. Air is drawn in through an air inlet pipe. The slurry level in each flotation cell is regulated by a gate. A circulation system is installed above the impeller, and the size of the hole can be adjusted by a pull rod.
III. Working Principle
When the XJK flotation machine is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft through the motor pulley and the main shaft pulley. The impeller rotates with the main shaft, creating a local vacuum between the cover plate and the impeller. Air is drawn in through the air cylinder via a suction pipe. Simultaneously, slurry is drawn in through the suction pipe. The two are mixed, and the centrifugal force generated by the impeller's rotation is then flung into the trough via guide vanes on the edge of the cover plate. The intense agitation of the impeller disperses the air in the slurry into bubbles, which are evenly distributed throughout the slurry. When suspended mineral particles collide with the bubbles, they attach to the bubbles and are carried to the surface, forming a mineralized froth layer. This is then scraped off by the scraper as concentrate, while the mineral particles not attached to the bubbles are discharged as tailings into the next trough.

IV. Applications
The XJK flotation machine is widely used for roughing, cleaning, and reverse flotation of nonferrous metals such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, and gold, as well as ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.
