Product Overview
The sawtooth jig is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly gravity separation equipment developed and promoted in recent years. Due to its large processing capacity, wide separation size range, high recovery rate, and simple maintenance, it is widely used for separating a variety of minerals, including placer gold, tungsten, tin, iron, manganese, titanium, chromium, sulfur, coal, and diamonds; recovering smelting slag such as manganese slag, chromium slag, and stainless steel slag; and recovering and treating metals from mine tailings.
Our improved JT2-2 sawtooth jig is widely used in gold separation, roughing, scavenging, and concentrating operations onboard concentrator vessels. Its combined use effectively saves space and improves concentrating efficiency. The improved JT2-2A and JT4-2A sawtooth jigs for large particles, with feed sizes less than 60mm and over-screen discharge, are suitable for the separation of large-particle ores such as barite, manganese, and iron.
Product Structure
The equipment primarily consists of a feed hopper, jig chamber, screen press, screen mesh, screen support frame, cone bucket, rubber diaphragm, spring, cam box, electromagnetic speed control motor, fresh water supply port, concentrate port, and tailings port.
