Vibrating Chute for Alluvial Gold
I. Product Overview
1. Invented by Chinese engineers in the 1970s, it is primarily used for the recovery of alluvial gold ores. It is effective for fine gold and thin gold skin.
2. It effectively overcomes chute compaction and siltation, significantly improving the recovery rate of fine gold.
3. Existing fixed chutes use gold panning felt for gold extraction. Due to chute compaction and siltation, the net recovery rate of gold panning felt is only around 30%. The vibrating chute specifically addresses these shortcomings.
4. Its base is made of rubber sheet and mechanically agitated, resulting in slow agitation to overcome sediment compaction. Periodic agitation allows for stratification and sand removal.
