The shaking table is a gravity separation equipment suitable for separating 2-0.037 mm ore and sludge-grade nonferrous, ferrous, and rare precious metals such as gold, tungsten, tin, tantalum, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, and lead. It is also suitable for recovering finished gold, silver, copper, and other precious metals from various slags, scrap circuit boards, scrap cables, and scrap batteries. It can separate pyrites sized 4-0.037 mm. By appropriately modifying the bed bar configuration, it can also separate fine coal and coal slime, non-metallic materials such as monazite, rutile, zircon sand, fluorite, and silica, as well as other mixed materials with sufficient specific gravity differences and suitable particle size compositions.
Our company produces 6-S shaking tables and Yunnan Tin shaking tables. The 6-S shaking table's outstanding advantage is that it can produce concentrate, middlings, and waste tailings from the raw ore in a single separation, allowing for simultaneous discharge of multiple products. The concentrate has a high enrichment ratio, high separation efficiency, and is easy to maintain and adjust with convenient stroke adjustment.
