The LF large-diameter impact crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is operating, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Material enters the crusher
Large diameter impact crusher
The impact crusher is named after its operating principle, utilizing the "stone-beating-iron" principle to crush materials. It is a more refined crushing device than the jaw crusher and is primarily used for medium and fine crushing in stone production lines, working in conjunction with the jaw crusher. It boasts a high crushing ratio and produces cubic particles after crushing. It is widely used for medium and fine crushing in industries such as building materials, ore crushing, transportation, energy, and chemicals. Its adjustable discharge particle size allows for diverse crushing specifications.
Performance Features
01
Wide Adjustment Range, Diverse Crushing Specifications
The impact crusher can adjust the output particle size by adjusting the rotor speed and the gap between the impact plate and the grinding chamber, achieving a variety of crushing specifications.
02
Energy Saving and Stable Operation
The large feed opening, high crushing chamber, comprehensive crushing functions, and high production efficiency provide stable output and energy-saving high yield.
03
Simple Structure, Easy Maintenance
The impact crusher rotor is equipped with only six impact hammers, which can be easily replaced using a dedicated tool.
04
Minimal Wear on Wearing Parts, Long Service Life
The impact crusher's hammers only wear on the side facing the material. As the rotor rotates, material falls onto the hammer surface (the striking surface). The back and sides of the hammers are not worn, and even the side facing the material has minimal wear.
working principle
The LF large-diameter impact crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is operating, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Material enters the crusher, collides with the hammers on the rotor, and is crushed. It then bounces off the impact liner and returns to the hammer action zone, where it is crushed again. This process repeats, with materials, from large to small, entering the first, second, and third impact chambers and being crushed repeatedly until the desired particle size is achieved and discharged through the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can alter the particle size and shape of the material.
