Working principle

When a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is in operation, the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the eccentric shaft through large and small bevel gears. The eccentric shaft then drives the movable cone to oscillate in an eccentric circle. When the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, it is impacted, ground, and rubbed against the eccentric shaft and the mortar wall, thus achieving continuous production.
