working principle

A jaw crusher primarily consists of a fixed jaw plate, a movable jaw plate, a frame, upper and lower guard plates, an adjustment seat, and a movable jaw pull rod. The ore to be crushed enters the crushing chamber through the upper feed port. The movable jaw plate periodically reciprocates around the eccentric shaft against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes approaching and sometimes moving away. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the ore between the two jaw plates is crushed by a combination of crushing, splitting, bending, and breaking. When the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate, the crushed ore is discharged through the crusher's discharge port under the action of gravity.
