Working principle

The 5X vertical-shaft impact sand making machine utilizes high-speed rotation to crush materials through mutual self-crushing and friction. It operates in two modes: "rock on rock" and "rock on iron." Material enters the rotor, undergoes centrifugal acceleration, and is ejected, where it collides with the surrounding guard plate and is crushed. Alternatively, the material is diverted by the bulk disc, with some material scattered around while the remaining material enters the rotor, accelerates, and then rushes out, where it collides and rubs against the surrounding material, impacting and rebounding against the guard plate, creating a cycle of impact. As crushing progresses, small particles gradually form a curtain near the guard plate, enhancing crushing efficiency and protecting the equipment. Finished material that meets specifications is discharged from the discharge port.
