PF impact crusher
The PF impact crusher is an energy-efficient crushing machine capable of processing a wide range of coarse, medium, and fine materials with side lengths ranging from 100 to 600 mm and compressive strengths up to 350 MPa. It is primarily used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, and hydropower engineering, particularly for crushing various minerals and rocks, and producing artificial sand and gravel for railways, highways, and construction.
Performance Features
01
Excellent particle shape and simple operation
The product is cubic in shape, and the discharge size is adjustable, simplifying the operation process.
02
Applicable to a wide range of material hardness and low energy consumption
The impact crusher's hammers are securely fixed to the rotor using a mechanical clamping mechanism. As they rotate with the rotor, they generate a large moment of inertia, making them suitable for crushing even harder materials while maintaining low energy consumption.
03
Specialized, wear-resistant structure
Keyless connection, strong rigidity, high rotor moment of inertia, and high-chromium hammers for impact and wear resistance.
04
Superior performance and reliable operation
The impact crusher features a lightweight and rational structural design, mature crushing technology, and reliable and stable quality assurance.
Working principle
An impact crusher is a mechanical device that uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Material enters the hammer operating area, where it impacts with the rotor hammers and is crushed. It is then thrown onto the impact mechanism for further crushing. It then bounces off the impact liner and returns to the hammer operating area for further crushing. This process repeats, with materials entering the first, second, and third impact chambers from large to small, and then being crushed repeatedly until the material is crushed to the desired particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the particle size and shape of the material being discharged.
