Working principle

The fully hydraulic cone crusher consists of an upper frame and fixed cone, an adjustment ring, a lower frame, a fixed center shaft, a movable cone and spherical bearings, an eccentric sleeve and sector gear, a pinion and horizontal shaft, peripheral hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic station, and a lubrication station. During operation, the rotation of the motor drives the pulley or coupling, the drive shaft, and the cone, causing the eccentric shaft to perform a periodic oscillatory motion below the centerline. After entering the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, the material is crushed, squeezed, ground, and rubbed by the impact between the eccentric shaft and the mortar wall. A hydraulic safety system hydraulically removes the faulty material from the support sleeve and the top of the fixed cone in the event of a metal overload or stall. This provides a reliable safety feature, significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving production efficiency.
