Working principle

When the compound cone crusher is working, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the V-belt, drive shaft and bevel gear pair. The movable cone performs a rotary pendulum motion under the action of the eccentric sleeve, causing the movable cone and the fixed cone to sometimes approach and sometimes move away. The ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber and then crushed. The crushed ore is discharged from the discharge port.
