Working principle

The CS5X impact crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. Driven by the electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When material enters the hammer action zone, it collides with the rotor hammers and is crushed. It is then thrown onto the impact mechanism for further crushing. It then bounces off the impact liner and returns to the hammer action zone for further crushing. This process repeats, with materials entering the first, second, and third impact chambers in descending order, and then being crushed repeatedly until the desired particle size is achieved and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can alter the discharge size and shape of the material.
