The box crusher is a new generation of crushing machinery manufactured by our company after absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies and combining the mechanical principle of various other crushers using hammers to crush stones. After optimization and design, it is mainly suitable for primary and secondary crushing of various materials with compressive strength below medium and upper hardness. The box crusher changes the method of controlling the size of the discharged particles with grate bars, reduces the wear of the hammer in the crushing chamber, and increases the life of the hammer by 4-6 times. Each pair of hammers can crush 30,000 to 40,000 tons, achieving a major breakthrough in crushing technology.

Working principle

When the box crusher is working, the stones fall directly from the top of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, high-speed impact and high-density crushing are generated. After the stones hit each other, eddy current motion is formed between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual impacts and friction until they are crushed into the required particle size.
