PC hammer crusher
A hammer crusher, also known as a hammer mill or simply a hammer crusher, is a device that crushes materials by impact. It comes in two types: single-rotor (single-shaft) and dual-rotor (dual-shaft) models. The single-rotor model is further divided into reversible and irreversible types. A hammer crusher consists of a housing, rotor, hammer head, impact liner, and screen plate. The grate gap and discharge particle size can be adjusted to meet the needs of different users. It is primarily suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium and brittle materials such as gypsum, salt, coal, bricks, tiles, and limestone in industries such as cement, chemicals, electricity, and metallurgy.
Performance Features
01
Wear-resistant hammer head, long service life
The hammer crusher's hammer head is cast using a new process, free of internal cracks, resistant to wear, and with high compressive strength for a long service life.
02
Adjustable particle size to meet diverse operational needs
The grate gap can be adjusted to suit individual needs, varying the output particle size to meet the diverse demands of different users.
03
Sealed design, reducing dust
The hammer crusher's sealed housing eliminates dust pollution and dust leakage in the crushing workshop.
04
Simple operation and easy maintenance
The hammer crusher's ring-type hammer head is easy to install. To replace, simply open the cover and flip the hammer head over. This makes operation simple and maintenance easy, reducing maintenance workload.
Working data
The main working component of a PC hammer crusher is a rotor with hammers. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the crushing chamber through the upper feed port, where it is impacted, sheared, and torn by the high-speed rotating hammers, causing the material to be crushed. A sieve plate is located beneath the rotor. Particles smaller than the sieve apertures pass through the plate, while coarse particles larger than the sieve apertures are retained on the plate and continue to be impacted and ground by the hammers until they are crushed to the desired particle size, at which point they are discharged through the sieve plate.
