PXJ fine crusher

The PXJ fine crusher, designed by our company based on user needs and incorporating the advantages of international crushing technology, is a new, multifunctional fine crusher that integrates fine crushing and sand making. Replacing some of the functions of a sand maker, this fine crusher is suitable for medium-abrasive materials with a compressive strength of no more than 150 MPa and a surface moisture content of no more than 10%. It is particularly well-suited for fine and medium crushing of a variety of hard and brittle materials, including abrasives, refractories, cement, steel grit, and quartz sand. It consumes 50% less energy than traditional fine crushers and sand makers, making it a highly efficient, energy-efficient, practical, and reliable stone crushing and sand making equipment.

In particular, the hydraulic system controls the push cylinder to adjust the size of the discharge opening.

Working principle

When the PXJ fine crusher is in operation, materials enter the crusher chamber from the feed inlet and fall onto the high-speed rotating hammers. The action between the hammers and the impact plate causes the material to undergo initial crushing. After repeated high-frequency hammering and impact, the material accumulates on the intermediate partition plate, where it begins to slide and lands on the high-speed lower rotor's throw-off plate. There, it is thrown at high speed onto the impact plate, where it collides, falls, and is forcibly impacted, crushed, and ground by the mobile hammers. After multiple rounds of combined crushing, scouring, and grinding, the material is ultra-fine and discharged through the discharge port.
