Working principle

During operation, the material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and is crushed with the other part of the material that is diverted in the form of an umbrella around the impeller. After colliding with each other, the materials will form vortices between the impeller and the casing, and collide and rub against each other many times to be crushed. They are then discharged directly from the bottom, forming a closed circuit with multiple cycles. The screening equipment controls the particle size of the finished product to the required level.
