Dry nano-grinder

A dry nano-grinding mill is a pulverizing device that utilizes high-frequency vibration of the cylinder, causing the grinding media within the cylinder to impact the material via inertial force. The grinding media is typically round steel bars measuring 16-36 mm in diameter. These bars undergo carburizing and quenching treatments to a hardness of HRC55 or higher. For feed sizes greater than 15 mm, a larger diameter is used; for feed sizes less than 15 mm, a smaller diameter is used. Two or more steel bars (and balls) of varying sizes are used in combination.

Structural Types

1. By number of cylinders: single-cylinder mill, double-cylinder mill, and triple-cylinder mill. Double-cylinder mills are the most widely used.

2. By grinding media: vibrating rod mill and vibrating ball mill.

3. By inlet and outlet type: single-inlet, single-outlet, double-inlet, double-outlet, and double-inlet, four-outlet.

4. By structural layout: vertical and horizontal.

Applications

This type of small and medium-sized non-explosive material grinding equipment is primarily used for fine and ultrafine powder processing in the metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical, refractory, abrasive, graphite, glass, and ceramic industries. It is widely used for ultrafine processing of raw materials in the production of chemical dyes, specialty ceramics, powder metallurgy, and high-grade refractory materials. In recent years, this series of nano-vibrating mills has become a popular grinding equipment for magnesium metal grinding and calcining.
