Features of horizontal ball mills: In the continuous grinding process, material is fed from the top of the inner cylinder and moves outwards through the inner cylinder and the rolling media. The desired particle size is continuously dispersed through the grinding cylinder, while relatively coarse particles remain inside for further grinding, thus ensuring the required particle size of the output. The system has good sealing performance and can process large quantities of material. Horizontal ball mills are generally used in industries such as ceramic powder, ferrite, glass raw materials, metal powder, mining machinery, alloys, coal, and coke. The machine can be lined with nylon, stainless steel, polyurethane, alumina ceramic, or zirconia ceramic. A variable frequency speed control mechanism is also optional.
