Advantages
Principle of working
The bentonite dryer's heat source comes from a combustion device. This dryer utilizes a downstream heating method. Therefore, the material to be dried enters the drum from the feed box and feed chute, where it is pushed backward by a spiral lifter.
Due to the dryer's inclined position, the material flows toward the rear under the influence of gravity and rotation. Meanwhile, the material is repeatedly lifted by the lifter, brought to the upper end, and continuously dispersed downward, forming a uniform curtain of material within the drum. This allows for sufficient heat exchange with the hot air flow within the drum. This repeated dispersion gradually dries out the moisture contained in the material, achieving the desired drying effect.
