coal briquette machine
A briquette press is a machine specifically designed to press powdered materials such as pulverized coal, coal slime, and coking coal into shaped pieces. It effectively reduces dust pollution, controls capacity, facilitates transportation and use, and improves combustion efficiency. It is widely used in the coal, metallurgy, chemical, and building materials industries.
Product Features
1. High Pressing Pressure: The briquette press utilizes a high-strength hydraulic system, generating high pressing pressure and ensuring high density and strength in the briquette.
2. Rational Structure: The machine boasts a compact design, a small footprint, and a rational structure, making it easy to maintain and operate.
3. High Adaptability: The machine is suitable for a variety of coal types and powdered materials, and can be adjusted to suit the characteristics of each material to ensure optimal briquetting results.
4. High Degree of Automation: The briquette press is equipped with an automatic control system, enabling fully automated operation, improving production efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
5. Environmentally Friendly and Energy-Saving: The pressing process generates minimal dust and noise, improving the production environment and meeting environmental requirements.
Working Principle
The briquette press press forms powdered material into briquettes through the following steps:
1. Feeding: Material is evenly fed into the press via a metered feeder, ensuring a stable supply.
2. Pre-pressing: Before entering the press rollers, the material undergoes preliminary compression to increase its density.
3. Forming: The pre-pressed material enters the press rollers, where the relative motion between the rollers creates briquettes under high pressure. The resulting briquettes possess a certain strength and density.
4. Demolding: The briquettes gradually separate as the press rollers rotate, automatically demolding them, and then transporting them via conveyor equipment.
Technical Parameters
Production Capacity: 1-30 tons/hour
Material Requirements: Material fineness less than 3mm, moisture content 7-15%
Roller Material: 9Cr2 (forged rollers, high density, high finish)
Motor Power: Power varies depending on the machine model
Applicable Materials: Pulverized coal, coal slime, coking coal, mineral powder, coke dust, etc.
Application Areas
Coal briquette machines are widely used in the following areas:
1. Coal Industry: Pressing pulverized coal, coal slime, etc. into briquette to improve combustion efficiency and reduce dust pollution.
2. Metallurgical Industry: Pressing coking coal, mineral powder, etc. into briquette to facilitate transportation and smelting.
3. Chemical Industry: Pressing various chemical powders for easy storage and use.
4. Building Materials Industry: Pressing fly ash and other building material powders to produce environmentally friendly building materials.
Application and Maintenance
1. Installation and Commissioning: After installation, the equipment must be run dry to check the operation of all components. Ensure that there are no abnormalities before it can be put into production.
2. Daily Maintenance: Regularly check the lubrication status of the equipment and add lubricant promptly to ensure proper operation of all components.
3. Troubleshooting: In the event of equipment failure, immediately stop the machine for inspection. Only resume production after the problem is resolved to avoid equipment damage.
Boiler presses, due to their safety, environmental friendliness, and energy-saving features, have become widely used in various industries. Through continuous technological innovation and optimized design, we are committed to providing customers with higher-quality products and services, helping businesses achieve green production and sustainable development.
